Returns & Exchanges
How do I start a return or exchange?

You'll need your order number and the email address used at checkout. Once we receive your return, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within a few business days.
What is your return policy?
We have a 60-day return policy. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
A $5.99 return shipping fee is deducted from your refund. If you selected Protected Checkout at checkout, this fee is waived. Original outbound shipping is non-refundable.
Are exchanges free?
Yes — exchanges are always free within 60 days of delivery, no matter what.
What items can't be returned?
Final sale items, clearance items, and Mystery Sleeves are non-returnable. If you're unsure about a specific item, contact us before purchasing.
Orders & Packages
My package is lost, stolen, or damaged. What do I do?
If you selected Protected Checkout at checkout: start a claim in the Redo portal → It's the fastest path to a resolution — we'll reship or refund once the claim is submitted.
If you didn't select Protected Checkout: email us at [email protected] with your order number and photos if the item arrived damaged. We'll review and do our best to make it right.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order ships. You can also check your order status anytime through our order portal →
Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact us as quickly as possible at [email protected]. Once an order has started processing we can't guarantee changes or cancellations, but we'll do everything we can to help. If the order has already shipped, you can return it once it arrives.
My order arrived with missing or wrong items.
Email us at [email protected] with your order number and a description of what was missing or incorrect. We'll make it right.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What do I do?
Contact us immediately at [email protected]. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll update the address. If it's already on its way, we may need to wait for the package to be returned before we can resend it.
Shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Most ship within 1–3 business days from the date your order is placed. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Shipping speeds do not include processing time. We'll notify you if processing will take longer than expected.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free standard shipping on orders over $55.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship internationally. Shipping rates and delivery options are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Discount Codes
How do I apply a discount code?
Enter your code in the discount field at checkout before completing your order. Discount codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed.
My discount code isn't working. What do I do?
A few things to check:
- Make sure the code is entered exactly as shown — codes are case-sensitive
- The code may have expired or already been used
- Some codes have a minimum order amount or apply only to specific products
- Only one discount code can be applied per order

Can I use a discount code on sale or clearance items?
Most discount codes cannot be combined with sale pricing or applied to clearance items. The specific terms are listed with each promotion. When in doubt, reach out and we'll confirm.
Sizing
Sleeves
Order the same size as your shirt. If you wear a medium, go with S/M. If you're between sizes, size down — snug is better than loose. A sleeve that's a little snug won't slide; one that's too large will.
Hats
Our straw hats are handmade, so there's a small variance between each one. Each has an elastic band sewn around the head opening to accommodate this and fit most heads snugly.

Sleeves
Machine wash with a strong detergent on a regular cycle, low to medium heat. Wash with other work clothes — not delicates. Tumble dry on low or hang dry. A dryer sheet with fabric softener helps extend the life of the fabric.

Straw Hats
Wipe down only — never submerge in water. Avoid applying pressure to the hat structure as straw can crack if bent too much.

Protected Checkout
What is Protected Checkout?
- Package protection — covers loss, theft, damage, missing or wrong items, and carrier mistakes
- Free return shipping — your $5.99 return shipping fee is waived if you need to return your order
Exchanges are always free regardless of whether you add Protected Checkout. Final sale and clearance items are excluded.
Do I need Protected Checkout to make a return or exchange?
No. You can always return or exchange without it. The only difference is the $5.99 return shipping fee — Protected Checkout waives it. Exchanges are free either way.
General Questions
Do the sleeves protect against thorns, poison oak, or poison ivy?
That wasn't our original intent, but we have many customers using them for exactly that — and loving it. We stand behind our products, so if you try them and aren't happy for any reason, let us know and we'll make it right.
Do sleeves come in pairs?
Yes — each order includes two sleeves, one for each arm.
What is the UV protection rating?
Our sleeves and apparel are UPF 50+, which blocks 98% of UV radiation. This is the highest rating available for sun-protective fabric.
Do you offer custom or bulk orders?
