You'll need to file a claim directly with the carrier — that's the only way to get reimbursed without package protection. Check your shipping confirmation email for your carrier name and tracking number, then visit the carrier's website to start the process. If you're having trouble identifying your carrier or figuring out how to file, contact us and we'll point you in the right direction.

What is Protected Checkout?

An optional add-on available at checkout. Covers lost, stolen, and damaged packages — Redo handles the claim and gets you a replacement fast. It also waives the $5.99 return shipping fee if you ever need to make a return.

Common Questions
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Most ship within 1–3 business days from the date your order is placed. We don't ship on weekends or holidays. Shipping time does not include processing time.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
No — we require a physical delivery address. Please make sure your address is complete and correct at checkout.
What carriers do you use?
The carrier is assigned based on your location and shipping method. You'll see your carrier name and tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Contact us as quickly as possible at [email protected]. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update it. Once it's on its way, we may not be able to make changes.
