Orders are processed and packed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Processing does not include weekends or holidays.

All orders ship from our warehouse in Watsonville, CA. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by carrier or during peak periods.
Delivery estimates begin after processing and do not include processing time. Carriers may experience delays during peak periods.

You'll need to file a claim directly with the carrier — that's the only way to get reimbursed without package protection. Check your shipping confirmation email for your carrier name and tracking number, then visit the carrier's website to start the process. If you're having trouble identifying your carrier or figuring out how to file, contact us and we'll point you in the right direction.
