Will I get hot wearing them?
In mild-to-moderate heat, most customers report feeling cooler in our sleeves than in a long-sleeve shirt — the fabric is lightweight and breathable, and it blocks the sun while still letting air move through.
For extreme heat or extended outdoor use, you may prefer our ProMesh Protection Sleeves, made with a lightweight breathable mesh panel fabric designed specifically for hot weather.
Tip from our customers: wet the sleeves in cold water before working — the evaporation creates a noticeable cooling effect.

This pair were a gift that was well received. They will be used for protection while lawn bowling. I have two pair for sometime that I use while gardening.
I ordered these to have arm protection while making cold process soap and they are just what I needed to protect my arms from lye splashes. Great, comfortable on hot days and for long drives - my arms have had enough sun during summer drives and ride alongs. Added these to my car console to cover while driving long or short trips. My 3rd pair - the others are for gardening and effective sun and brush protective.
Every time I worked in our garden my arms would break out in a rash. I used to put on a heavy long sleeve shirt that was hot and difficult to move around while working.
