My order is showing as ineligible. It's been over 60 days. What do I do?
Email us at [email protected] with your order number. We review on a case-by-case basis and always want to make it right.
My item has been used or washed. Can I still return it?
Yes. We have a satisfaction guarantee. If you tried it and it's not working for you, reach out and we'll take care of it within 60 days of delivery.
My item arrived damaged or has a defect. What do I do?
Shipping damage (damaged box, missing item, carrier issue): visit the returns portal and select "Start a Shipping Claim."

Manufacturing defect (stitching failure, broken hardware, material breakdown): covered under our Lifetime Guarantee. Submit a claim →
I bought at a local store. Can I exchange it online?
Items purchased through a third-party retailer need to be returned or exchanged through that store. Email us if you need help tracking them down.
I'm an international customer and only see a refund option. Why?
