If we made it wrong, we make it right. No time limit.
We stand behind every product we make. If something fails because of how it was made — not how it was used — we'll replace it for the lifetime of the product.
What we guarantee
- Seams and stitching for the life of the product
- Hardware — zippers, snaps, buckles, and closures
- Material integrity — no bubbling, delamination, or fabric failure from production
- Structural failures caused by how the product was manufactured
This does not cover normal wear and tear, the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended use, or damage resulting from misuse or improper care.
For manufacturing defects discovered after extended use, once we receive your claim we'll begin reviewing it. Claims take 2–3 weeks to process and we'll notify you as soon as a determination has been made. Approved claims are charged standard shipping of $5.99 — you'll receive an email invoice, so please review it carefully before paying as we can't edit the order once it's placed.
We are only able to process Lifetime Guarantee claims for customers in the United States.
Submit a Claim
Email us at [email protected] with your order number, product name, a description of the defect, and a photo of the issue. Use the subject line "Lifetime Guarantee Claim."
Submit a ClaimFarmers Defense reserves the right to make a final determination on all claims. If the original item is no longer available, we'll replace it with the most comparable current product. If no comparable product is available, we'll issue store credit at the original purchase price.
