Winter Glove Giveaway Official Rules

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

  1. Sponsor: Farmer's Defense Inc., 201 Walker St, Watsonville, CA 95076 (the "Sponsor").
  2. Eligibility: The Winter Glove Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, independent contractors, officers, directors, and agents of the Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, and their immediate family members and those living in the same household, are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
  3. Agreement to Rules: By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to the Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding, and you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements.
  4. Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins on October 9, 2026 at 12:00 AM Pacific Time and ends on October 12, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (the "Entry Period"). Entries received before or after the Entry Period are not eligible.
  5. How to Enter: Enter by submitting your email address in the signup form at farmersdefense.com/pages/winter-gloves-teaser during the Entry Period. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address. Entries made using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices, or by automated means, may be disqualified at the Sponsor's sole discretion. By entering you agree to receive marketing emails from the Sponsor; you may unsubscribe at any time, and unsubscribing does not remove a valid entry.
  6. Prize: One (1) winner will receive:
    • Five (5) pairs of Farmers Defense Insulated Winter Gloves, one pair in each available color. The winner chooses the size for each pair from the sizes offered for that style (women's styles come in women's sizes and men's styles come in men's sizes), subject to availability
    • One (1) Farmers Defense Flashlight Beanie
    • One (1) $100 Farmers Defense gift card
    Approximate retail value of the prize: $429.94. The gloves and beanie ship when the Winter Glove presale ships, on or about October 30, 2026. No cash or prize substitution except at the Sponsor's discretion; the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The prize is not transferable. All taxes and expenses related to the prize are the winner's responsibility.
  7. Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
  8. Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries on or about October 13, 2026 and notified by email. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. The Sponsor is not responsible for notices lost to spam filters or incorrect contact information.
  9. Publicity: Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner's name, city, state, and likeness for advertising and promotion without further compensation.
  10. General Conditions: The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond its control affects its administration, security, or fairness, and in that case may select a winner from eligible entries received before the action. The Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
  11. Limitation of Liability: By entering, you release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates, agencies, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, and from technical, network, or human errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries.
  12. Disputes: These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
  13. Winner's Name: For the name of the winner, email [email protected] within four (4) weeks after the end of the Entry Period.
  14. Social Media: This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other social network. You are providing your information to the Sponsor, not to any social network.
