I love this style straw hat. Larger brim for more sun protection. Large size fit well over my hoods in winter. I am outside all year long and wear a hat always. This is my favorite. The lining on the brim keeps the sun from coming through the straw weave and glare on my glasses. Nice strong string tie keeps it on your head on windy days.

Straw hat, sea-****: a Review
This hat is a good hat. Provides plenty on protection from the sun while I mow and work in the yard. That being said, it's one size fits most is to big for my head. I need to wear a head wrap or sweat band to keep the hat from falling down to my ears. For reference I usually wear a 7 or 7 1/8 hat size. Again it's a good hat just to big. The reason for 4 and not 5 stars.
